Spring Creek. Easy, This is a 4-6 mile out-and-back hike with minimal elevation gain. We travel up I-15 to the Kanarraville exit and drive almost into town before turning off and finding the trailhead. There is some minor scrambling and uneven terrain. After the first mile of hiking we drop into a pristine and glorious slot canyon that has the lovely Spring Creek gurgling through it. Depending on rainfall, the creek may meander along the trail,and then dry out again and then with no warning it will join us again! There are wildflowers and birds in abundance all along the way!! This is a summer hike for Desert Cliffs…for in the winter there will be snow and ice and frigid temps!! So to enjoy this hike, come in the summer or fall and hike with us!!!
